King Menes
The rich delta area north of the point where the Nile splits into many channels was called ‘lower Egypt’ The land south of the delta was named ‘upper Egypt’ before 3000 BC, both ‘upper and lower’ Egypt’ were both separate kingdoms. However, the partnership and cooperation of the villages along the length of the Nile eventually evolved into a strong central government, which took place in of 3000 BC. According to the Manetho King Menes or also known as Narmer who was born on 3101 BC and died 3201 BC and was buried at Faiyum Egypt and he lived a total of 100 years, was going to unify both of upper and lower Egypt which was true. the civilisation of Egypt was to last for approximately 3000 years. Then the Romans took over ancient Egypt in 30 BC.
